Trying to get Batman: The Telltale Series (via Xbox gold)

So i can’t press the get button on the game (which is on Xbox Gold atm) but the buy to own button works, any soloutions?

Try to download all the packages, it is available on xbox live gold.

I've had the same issue and the button wasn't doing anything. Then later, the next day, it did work though.

I was having issue.

I believe mine was linked to a paused update for another game which had gotten itself in a tiz.

Once I managed to get other game updating correctly again via hard resets after unpausing game update, I could add Batman to queue. Hard resets were not clearing issue whilst game update was in paused state.

As Tsek Demo offered, restarting your console can help. I have also had a similar issue in the past, and what I usually do is refresh the Microsoft Store ( Go to Home, highlight the Microsoft Store, hit start, and then select 'Quit' ). From here, you should
be starting fresh to at least make sure you aren't having a software issue.
