    Trying to game in Mumbai


    I'm in India on business and brought my Xbox with me. The Xbox powers up to the green Xbox screen, but I can get to the Home Screen, account login or wifi. Am I doing something wrong?

    It sounds like the console is powering on but not fully booting into the system.

    If you’re using an original Xbox One, keep in mind that its external power supply may not be compatible with the voltage used in different countries. In contrast, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X models have built-in power supplies that are designed to work internationally. You can find more details here:
