    xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded right now try again later !!

    i did those steps phone number and alternative email address

    and i tryed to re download my profile on a USB but i didnt find any profile cuz i format my console !!

    Support actually helped me get my old account back. they just need to ask some questions, i ended up getting my account back using the phone number it is linked to.
