Trying to find how my add ons went

Having an issue with my add ons that I purchased for a game. (Forza Horizon 5) can’t see what I bought it’s not on my game. It’s not in my apps or anything. Bought this for 20 bucks so I want to see how I can properly do this. I rather not lose my money etc.

Try to apply the steps below, one by one, and let me know the result:

Step 1

First, check that the DLC or add ons is included in your orders at the link below:

If yes, try to reconnect your XBOX account and test:

Remove your account from the console:

1- Press the Xbox button to open the guide;

2- Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts;

3- Select your account, and then confirm removal;

4- Restart your console.

Re-add your account to the console:

1-Press the Xbox button to open the guide;

2- Select Profile & system, and then Add or switch;

3- Select Add new;

4- Enter your Microsoft account email address and password;

5 - Complete the personalization settings on the next several screens.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue after redeeming your code. I would say that if you haven't already to check out and try the steps here on our support page entitled
Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One.

If you don't find it there, then try removing and redownloading your account as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and let us know how that helped.

How would I find these other add ons since the game is no longer on the microsoft store and I can't find the old add ons there either

Hi, try removing your account, reset your console and then add your account again. Sometimes that helps fix it.
