Trying to figure out what happened to my Minecraft account.

I'm trying to figure out what happened to my Minecraft username, technical support is just about as useless as my copy of Minecraft. I purchased it from Mojangs site in 2020, I still have a copy of the receipt proving my purchase.

About a week ago, my son wanted to play. I booted up my computer to find it was signed out of my account, with it saying either my account didn't exist, or the password was wrong, I don't really remember. The account was useable up to a week ago, it was migrated to Microsoft, a very stressful migration. Something happened during username recovery and it had me create another username, maybe it glitched out or I didn't read something. Now, that new username is associated with y email, the email I used to create my original username and I can't get it to bring up the old one. My purchase isn't tied to that username, it's tied to my original. It feels like Minecraft technical support isn't actually reading my emails, just skimming them, or replying to keywords with some copy and pasted generic response. I'm getting mad. I want them to actually use their resources to find my original account and fix whatever happened to the original username. It feels like theft that I can't use something I paid for and this whole thing is really ticking me off. Minecraft Java, PC user.
