Based on the description, you are trying to install disc game and unable to install completely because it freezes on certain percentage. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured that we will do our full capability to help you resolve your concern in a timely manner.

When installing disc game in your Xbox console and start to freeze on certain point, it is possible that this is caused by the console trying to download an update for the game while the game is still installing. What we can do to help resolve the issue is to take your console offline and install the game. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Use your console offline.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
  
• Select Go offline.
  

Step 2: Cancel the download.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.
  
• Select Manage > Queue.
  
• Highlight the game you’re trying to install and press the Menu button on the controller.
  
• Select Cancel.
  

Step 3: Eject the game disc and power cycle the console.

• Eject the game disc.
  
• Press and hold the Xbox button to open the Power Center.
  
• Select Restart console.
  
• Select Restart.
  

Note: If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.

Step 4: Install the game.

After the console restarts, insert the disc. Follow the steps to install the game.

Note: Make sure you do this before you reconnect to the internet.

Step 5: Go online and let the game update install.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
  
• Select Go online.

I ended up un-installing GTAV then re-installing and that seems to of fixed the problem, starts fine every time now, so if your still having issues with it freezing give it a try also.

How old is your Xbox? Older Xbox's have a tendency to overheat and freeze the console. Also, try checking the disc itself. I purchased Max Payne 3 the day it came out and it ended up freezing every time I played it. You may just have a bad disc. If you downloaded
Skyrim, delete it completely and download it again. Does this happen to every game or just Skyrim?

First Off Its Not Connection Issue, Its The Fact That It Keeps on Freezing Every Time I Try To Load It, It Gets To The Screen Where It Goes Blue For Fun Labs Then Freezes..
