Trying to download Forza 6

I'm currently trying to download Forza 6, and every freaking time it stops at 12.80gb out of 48.58gb. I keep getting Installation stopped, Error, see details. Code: 0x87E0000F. I'm fully updated, internet is fine. I've bought the games previously, now I
can't download any game, I tried to download Battlefield 4 as well. Any help would be nice.

Trying to download forza it's frozen at 68 percent and says purchase and content usage. I've only just bought Xbox and got the game on a card

Hi,

One possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue is due to a network interruption during the download. Other factors are corrupted game and profile data. To resolve this, kindly perform the following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1: Clear persistent storage

This will remove temporary files that may cause issues with downloading games.

Press the menu key of the controller.

Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage".

Select "Clear persistent storage".

Method 2: Remove and re-add Microsoft account

Removing and re-adding your profile can help restore corrupted profile data. Refer to

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One for the steps.

Note: Make sure to restart your device before re-downloading the game.

It seems that there are four reasons why this error would happen:

Check for a system update. (how to update)

Xbox Live might be down. (check status)

The console is having trouble connecting to Xbox Live (general steps on optimizing your network)

The download might've become corrupted (cancel and re-download).

I would additionally check if there's enough storage space left for the Forza 6 download.

You indicate that there was an update to Forza 6 is that correct? If so the problem may be with the game itself and not the console. Try deleting the game and re-downloading it.

This is not a region lock issue and we need some more info to help you out.Which dlc of Forza 6 are you trying to download and is there any error message you receive while doing this?
