    Hi final fantasy 9 just dropped on gamepass I've been trying to download it all day but it won't let me all other gamepass games are fine and working except for this one is there any known issues I've tried looking but can't find an answer to my problem
    also I've done all the usual hard reset and even done a full reset still the same

    I have tried but as its not installed I can't file a report on the game it won't let me install the game I've tried every option even filed an issue with xbox insider but nothing this is why I have came here as this is the final option

    They may not know it's an issue yet try report ing it via xbox report by holding your xbox button and going to report

    So finally got the game to install now its asking me for Microsoft to gain permission I've clicked yes and it keeps saying something went wrong please try again later 0x80190005 I've reset done a hard reset a power cycle and also have done a full system
    reset and still getting the same issue
