Trying to download a game that I bought but it's saying to buy it again

hi. my name is mel and i am an independent advisor. firstly go to my games and apps. show all games and then go to owned games. the purchased game should be listed in there and you will be able to install. if however u downloaded from gamepass and the title is no longer on there then u will have to purchase it to play it

but the game is available on Brazil, and i can't buy the game again. when i try buy it.

You need to ask your brother and tell him to check his order history as well and check if the game transaction is visible under his account. Kindly ask him so we can proceed with the next step.

I just did that it shows I bought something from that game but it doesn't show I bought the game. I don't know if that will help.
