We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

Our reports indicate that we have not been able to deliver messages to your address. While this does not negatively impact Rewarding, it may cause you to miss messages from our program. Can you roughly recall the last time you received a message from our
program, and that you would like to receive these messages?

Hey,The "specialist" told me that I cannot access the account because I did not provide any information when I created my parent account (which isn't the correct email).

It says when I try to download it 'This email address isn't linked to a Microsoft account. Make sure it's correct, then enter it again'. I know its correct though and it won't even let me sign into my account on Xbox.com.

I had a very similar problem, but instead of the parent account being deleted, mine doesn't exist. When I created my live account 4+ years ago I misspelled my email ( .con instead of .com ). I tried going through support to resolve the issue and my case
was given to a "specialist". 3 days later the "specialist" told me that I cannot access the account because I did not provide any information when I created my parent account (which isn't the correct email), and that I should try to create a new gamertag and
pay for another 12 months of live.. Really? After 4 years of loyalty to Xbox? I can think of at least 1 gamer who wont be supporting the Xbox One..

Hi Robert,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with the passkey. Do you recognize the Gmail? We recommend trying to log into the
account website with that email. This way you can try and change the password if it isn't correct. Important note: When using a third party email like Gmail or Yahoo it is possible
to have two different passwords. One is to sign into the email itself, the second is when you create a Microsoft/Xbox account with the third party email.
