    Hi. I've been trying to play Sea of Thieves for a week now, but I always get the "Marblebeard" connection error, which is related to NAT. However my NAT is in "Open", and after contacting SoT support (they stopped responding to me) I saw that I don't have Xbox Live services in my Windows "Services" (only the "Xbox Accessory Management" Service"). I would like to know if this has anything related to this error, and if so, how to install them. They also talk about opening ports on the router, but I don't know how. I couldn't even do the tutorial.

    I use ethernet cable, but I also tested it on wi-fi and mobile internet and it didn't work. I think formatting is the only way to clear my doubts, but I'm not sure I want to do that now. Don't you have more suggestions for me to test?

    Hi. I did everything you submitted (and a million other things). My problem seems to be much more complicated than I thought because Sea of Thieves support doesn't know how to solve it and also I can't find any kind of solution on the internet and I can't describe what I've tested (because it was too much). The problem I have is I can't connect to the Xbox servers on my PC, I tried to play Forza 4 and I also got a connection error. I reinstalled Xbox apps and Microsoft Store, but to no avail.

    I used sfc / scannow and didn't find any corrupt files. My antivirus is Windows Security (I don't use any other), in this "overlay application" I use MSI Afterburn, but I don't know if it interferes with something, because about 6 months ago I had it and was able to play Forza 4 online normally.
