Trying to change my age but I am child account even tho am not

So i been having this problem for a while, for no reason it keep saying i am a child account on my xbox even tho i am an adult, also i recently even verify my age to the xbox but still say i am a child and idk why please help, thank u

I am Gold and i was trying to download Fable 3, but it says that my account is Child, Teen. So i want to know how to change it. I know the email and pass of my Parental Control Because i made and error on my age and put child age, so How i changed from

So basically I'm 18 but the account I have still says it's underage, and is still in a family with another account I have. I've tried to change my age manually from account.live.com, but it still says it's a child account. I've been trying to change my profile
picture to a custom image but my account still says it's a child account. PLEASE HELP.

If you have registered your account as a child you can't change it. The servers keep track of the age automatically

I am aware that the EA servers will only allow players of the age of 13 to play online. This is not the case, I have rung them and asked for my details and my age is 18 on there books. I am well aware of the problem. After chatting to a support agent yesterday
the status code presented meant that my account was a child account and that is why I am infringed from playing Battlefield 3 online. The thing is Even though my date of birth is incorrect on my XBL account it still says that I am 14 years of age, and even

I am not trying to lock them out of my account (although they are using their own account). I am talking about the account settings can be simply changed from child to adult. Every account setting can be changed from within the child account.

I am having he same issue. What I found so far is if your child is under 13 it will not work. You will need to change your childs age. I have done that already but still nothing. I am going to unlink and relink accounts next.
