Trying to buy Robux for PC with microsoft balance

I've seen the same thread posted in january but it wasn't answered. I had to upload £10 to my daughter's account to be able to purchase 79p's worth of robux on her PC. now I want to use the rest of my balance, but i'm only offered robux for Xbox. She doesn't
have an Xbox. Before you say buy from the game, that won't allow her microsoft balance to be used, DESPITE being logged in to both things with the same email

Unless something has changed in the last 2 years, i don't think you can buy Robux for the PC version via the MS Store:

The Roblox site and app won't give you an optoin to use MS balance as neither are Microsoft owned or run.

For PC, you will have to purchase Robux directly from Roblox themselves, as you say the Robux from the Microsoft store is for Xbox only.

I imagine you see the problem with creating a system that leads you to a dead end, especially when you only get there after spending $10.

If you have a connection at MSFT, pass along the frustration with this process.

I did quite a research and turns out its only possible to buy robux for xbox with the microsoft balance. Its because of roblox themselves appearenatley. You cannot use microsoft balance to buy robux from within the roblox game app, but to buy from the
microsoft store. And even THAT is redeemable only on xbox. Sucks a lot but i have an xbox at home so I was able to redeem my robux. I hope you get a refund or something will be done about this.
