Trying to buy or play Black Ops III for the Series X

My Daughter plays this game with her brother and only plays the part of the game, i think its called zombies where you go through the phases and you have to run around kill them.

I looked on Game pass and in games but i cant find it

Are you pertaining to "Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Zombies Chronicles"? It's a DLC for the game and you can purchase it here:

None have worked.

I copied game from internal drive of a Xbox series X with a working Black Ops 3.

Played from the harddrive on same machine, and it updated/connected to online gameplay. I transferred the same hard drive to another Xbox series X (the one having issues), and it went back to 100.0.0.12.0.0 and would not update. It plays other games with no issues!

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

From the Store page:

"For digital owners of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Standard Edition, this upgrade will unlock the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle, giving access to the Xbox Series X|S version of the game. After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."

the order history is only showing games i have bought recently on the series x, i have game clips on this account of playing black ops 3 and is says i own it but when i go to the store i have to buy it again.
