hi

I have xbox game pass ultimate (£1 for 3 months offer) and it runs out soon on 24 feb

I am trying to extend it but change to £3.99 a month - pc game pass

I get this error....

Hi, if you no longer want the full ultimate pass, you'll need to cancel recurring billing and allow ultimate to lapse, at which point you'll be able to subscribe to just the PC package.

HI,I had this issue in the past, i contacted Microsoft Support and they got me through the issue. They canceled my current subscription and refunded the 1$, then i was able to buy regular game pass. I suggest to speak to

Are you getting this error when trying to buy the PC Game Pass subscription?

If so, have you tried to subscribe to it from another device, like a smartphone? Please try it on your phone https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-game-pass

I tried to purchase game pass through my computer on the xbox store and I still get this error but only if I try to buy Game Pass ultimate.

I am able to go through to the payment page if I try to buy either the PC or Console versions of game pass, but ultimate gives me this error.
