    Hi,

    Every time I try to buy a Game Pass I get this error - an unexpected error occurred. I did purchase one and gifted it to my son a few months ago - are you limited to only buying one per account?

    If the first one was a gift to another account then you should be able to purchase one for yourself, there could just be an issue on the purchase side of things, if the issue still happens it might be good to contact support directly https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
