    Trying to buy a game on the https://www.xbox.com/en-US/checkout and only US option is available


    I'm living in Greece and try to buy a game (Hogwarts legacy for S/X series), on the https://www.xbox.com/ , and during checkout the store doesn't see my billing addresses, so it propose me to add new billing address, and it's not possible to chose any other country than US. How I can buy a game? Half an year ago I was able to buy games, but not now.

    Please log in to your account at this link, https://account.microsoft.com. Go to Payment & Billing > Address book. Click the "Add new address" button then you should be able to choose the correct region you have there then input your billing address. Once you are done with that save the details.

    Please also make sure that the store page where you are trying to purchase the game is set to Greece. Let me know if it works.
