Trying to buy a game on marketplace

Im trying to by COD black ops 2 at the marketplace on xbox one. When I select the title, it gives me the option to "see price" . when I select the "see price" icon, it takes me to an error page which states

Server error in '/' Application

Runtime error

Discription: An application error occuredon the server. The current custom error settings for this applicationprevent the details of the application errorfrom being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could however be viewed by browsers running on
the local server machine. Ect

I have no clue what this means. I just want to buy the game.

Are you trying to buy the Map Pack from the in game store? Or are you trying to buy it from the Xbox Live Marketplace? If you're trying to buy it from the Xbox Live Marketplace, I suggest trying to buy it from the in game store (and vice versa).

Hello, well i have a really simple question... How long does it take for a new game like Bf3 or Pes2012 to be available to buy on the marketplace with MS Points. And another one, currently im living in Argentina,South America, will i have any problems when
trying to buy games from the marketplace?!

 

Sorry to hear it. Try clearing the browser's cache. That should fix the issue. If you're on the console try a power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Once off, unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes.

This is a somewhat common issue in the last few days. Some users had it fixed by deleting your xbox 360 profile in the xbox 360 dashboard (while in an xbox 360 game on xbox one) and push START And SELECT to get there, go to Storage, Remove your account and
then redownload it on the same popup menu and then try to purchase it again.
