    The system is not working at all. It consistantly freezes through games, when we have tried, following advice to reset it, the box freezes it then wont turn off. The console at less than two years old is the most unreliable piece of kit i’ve ever come
    across. It is emensly frustrating that with a multi-million pound company, that you can not speak to someone, complain or get any action to resolve an issue. The unit was extremely expensive and so far is nothing more than a book stop!

    I have lost all faith in mocrosoft, and i picked the xbox above other consoles as i was falsely advised they make reliable units and believed there maybe some element of customer care!

    i appreciate the comments in return but being directed to an open forum chat is not acceptable and im astonshed that is how microsoft attempt to deal with customers- disgusting!

    Contact Us
    :

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks
    • Step 3-----select games
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support
    Once they call explain thee issue and they will be able to help you.

    Unfortunately there is no direct way for a complaint. How far out of warranty is the console? Also is there a Microsoft store close to you? There are many factors as to why a console has stopped working. As for yours what is going on with it exactly? There
    may be something we can do to help. You can check out the
    Public relations
    and see if there a way to file a complaint.

    Thank you. I was advised i could complain on line and the support chap said he would email me a link to complaints form. Instead what i got is another forum Link!

    Chatting is better and quicker. I think you can only request a call back now. I think they've recently stopped the option to call and speak with someone.
