    How do I speak to an actual human being on the phone at Microsoft regarding Xbox One S warranty?

    I paid for an out of warranty exchange 'the console I recived is defective, it does not recognise game disks. I want to speak to someone about it but Microsoft think that speaking to a gamer or a robot is acceptable.

    How do I actually get someone on the phone?

    hi everyone can someone please tell me how to actually speak to someone about my Xbox one account as it has fraudulent transactions on it. I just need a number appreciate it’s not the norm. Many thanks Steve

    Chatting is better and quicker. I think you can only request a call back now. I think they've recently stopped the option to call and speak with someone.

    Thank you. I was advised i could complain on line and the support chap said he would email me a link to complaints form. Instead what i got is another forum Link!

    Is there a link to a compliants form?

  10. I ha e a failed xbox that is under 2 years old. I spoke to the support department, and was informed i should put a complaint in. I was told that there is a complaints form to fill in, however all i can find is forum talk of complaints no actual links
    to file a complaint?

    If the console is in warranty you may get it repaired. You would need to contact support or go to

    Device support
    and see if it is covered under warranty.

    Unfortunately there is no direct way for a complaint. How far out of warranty is the console? Also is there a Microsoft store close to you? There are many factors as to why a console has stopped working. As for yours what is going on with it exactly? There
    may be something we can do to help. You can check out the
    Public relations
    and see if there a way to file a complaint.

    As XBF Brad A has said, can you tell us what is happening. We have a good chance to either get you up and running, or get you registered for repair. Console warranty is only for 12 months from purchase, so there would be a charge.

  14. Thank you. Inhave spoken to the support team who have said they can not reaolve the issue. I have been told a charge for fixing the unit however am compmetely disgusted that the unit has not lasted longer than 24 months and im being expected to pay an
    excessive amount again to get it up and running. I was advised to submit a complaint regarding this- hence me trying to find the correct way of doing this.

    For an xbox which has been proving to have had minor use, to have not been reliable is not acceptable. Nor is the fact im being asked to pay an excessive amount of money to rectify it.

    I purchased what I thought was a reliable console and its have proved not to be which is extremely frustrating and very poor service on microsofts part!

  15. Following on from this is there a way to formally complain at the unit failing less than 2onths in. I was told i must have just got a bad one from the batch - which in my view is not good enough!
