Trying to acquire my Original Purchase

Hello all. I recently wanted to re-acquire my Original Purchase of the Scream Aim Fire (Deluxe Edition) files into a MP3 format that I can listen to on my android phone. I originally purchased the music through the Zune Application back in the day on my
Windows Laptop. It gave me DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected WMA files. Unfortunately, there isn't a single player out there that can play these files EXCEPT FOR the ZUNE application. And my Zune just recently died. I can no longer listen to these
files, that I originally purchased. Can I please talk to somebody about this?

Does the Service Alert apply to me

I said it in my original post. No error codes, only the suggestion to restart the router, I just want to know, if it is stopping at internet connection, does that mean it's at&t or my Xbox? It's not getting past internet, it acquires network but can't acquire
internet.

Contact Us > Legacy Devices > Windows Phone 7 >
Zune. Even though it's under Windows Phone 7, it's what you want so you can speak to someone for Zune help.) You can ask them to refund the cost of the album in question so you can repurchase it in the current format from the Groove store.
If they are unable to help you come to a resolution you are satisfied with, be sure to get a reference number and post back so we can take another look.
