Trying to acknowledge the reason of my suspension

Hi guys. My account was suspended for 15 days( cannot play multiplayer but still have an access to my singleplayer games). Anyway, i tried to search anywhere but still clueless about the reason for suspension. I'm not asking for canceling suspension (will be great tho, but i know you have not such power), but main goal is to discover a reason for this

I’m trying to see the reasons for my suspensions, but I can’t look. I agree it is frustrating

They're not issuing suspension for no reason. The suspensions have been for legitimate reasons, it's just the notifications and the enforcement site that are not working correctly. You can try contacting support to see how long your suspension actually is, but there is no ETA for when the site will be fixed.

Joking around or not if you violate the code of conduct and get reported for it your account is subject to enforcement.

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums if your suspension is eligible you can file for a case review at the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and they will reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
