    Your Friends List has disappeared- Solutions

    If your Friends list on Xbox LIVE has disappeared, follow the steps bellow to troubleshoot the problem:

    • First, you need to restart your console.
    • You have to sign in to Xbox LIVE using your gamertag.
    • Now ask any one of your friends who is in your friend list, to delete you from his or her friends list.
    • Then, you need to send a new friend request to him or her again.
    • Finally, sign out of Xbox LIVE and sign in to Xbox LIVE again. You’ll see the friends list in the Xbox Dashboard. Trying out xbox live need friends :)

    by calling xbox live customer support line at 1 800 4 my xbox. it could just be a faulty copy and you need a new one i suggest trying out a diffrent copy in your 360 barrow from a friend or rent and if it dose the same thing your xbox my need to be serviced

    I believe you would also need xbox live on the account you are trying to play with him on. For me when I use My account I need xbox live to play crossplay games such as Gears 5 with a friend whos on xbox

    If it is content your friend owns, your friend will need to be the one that sorts it out. The reason for this is the Xbox Live Code of Conduct - it states that users are not allowed to access accounts they do not own. Since you would be breaking the Code
    of Conduct to sign into your friend's account, and we don't want that, your friend will need to access his account and find out what has gone wrong.
