My Reputation is at Avoid Me

Can someone plz HELP? My profile reputation says "Avoid Me" but I have NO ENFORCEMENT against me? When I go to the enforcement page it shows my account as "Good Player" I know there has been nothing against me as I have not had a single email to say that
my reputation is dropping? I now am unable to play Gears of War4 multiplayer, Overwatch multiplayer and after speaking to Xbox support they said I should be able to play with friends who have good rep, which just is not true, as when I am in the team it won't
find a game, but if I leave they go into a game!. Please can someone please tell me what to do? I can't play the games I want through no fault of my own. I've done nothing wrong. I want my profile reputation fixed.

Titanfall offline?

I've been all over the internet and I can't find a real answer to the question is there an offline mode? I'm a truck driver and have no access to the internet but an interested in Titanfall if it has some AI or bots to play against. I have a feeling Titanfall
is unplayable offline but I'd love to hear from someone who owns the game and has 100% real knowledge to where or not it can be played offline. Thx

I wish I could help you guys but for whatever reason when you do one of the sides one time you can't do it again, and I've done both. That also goes as a tip to you guys, dont try to do it with someone who has that side done or else it'll be a waste of time.
