    play mw2 on my 360 for a few days last week and kept being put into modded games i would like to have my account back its kinda bull when i search for a game and i kept getting into modded games leaving and having to try over and over again to play a legit
    game and now im suspended for it for other peoples doing this has to be the most bull crap thing that has happen to me on xbox

    i bought the game today on the marketplace and i cant play it its stuck at 95% i tryed every tricks nothing worked its really annoying i just switched to xbox and got this wow what a nice gift from microsoft

    You bought MW2 (even if it was accidental) and you received MW2. You literally received exactly what YOU ordered. By definition that means you did NOT get scammed. Thats the point i was trying to make.
