    Well accounts have spending limits

    Like not over 500.or 1000 dollars per day or week this has nothing to do with child account or not it's to do with preventing accidental.purchases and fraud

    Check via settings for account details and ensure all set correctly. It would only come up with that if a limit somewhere was set.
