I tried to cancel and refund, and then repurchase. First I get an error that said something like there was a problem. and on the second attempt it says I can't have more than one xbox live, even though it never gives it to me. I've tried multiple times please
help me.

It says I don't have xbox live but when I try to enter a 2 day trial it says I already have live

I can't renew my Xbox live and i have tried many different times and many different ways to enter my trial code. Please help me quick

Live is currently having issues which could be causing those errors -

You do show as having gold, so I'd wait until Live us back up to see if you're still having issues. If so, you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Usually in a scenario like this removing you account, power cycle and then re-adding it, resolves this issue.

Excuse me but I've been having the exact same problem now and it's been over 24 hours since I purchased 1 month of xbox live gold and it still won't let me play online, and yet every person that I see has had the same problem, the only answer that xbox
support can come up with is "remove your account and recover it again", even though I've already done that, reset my xbox, tested my internet and multiplayer connection, restarted my console, launched multiplayer games over and over again to no avail, and
am STILL completely unable to access any multiplayer interactions THAT I PAID FOR.
