Try to log in and it says I already exist???

Kindly try removing and re-adding your account on the Xbox, Wattson. Make sure that you know your new Microsoft credentials.

" REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with your Microsoft Account. I wouldn't recommend to factory reset the console. The process will log you off all your Xbox Profiles on the console.

Hello Ricardo Lechuga , I have logged in or tried to log-in with every Email but I couldnt find any Account with the Gamer Tag PlainGiraffe615 . As of now I think the Account doesnt exist. I would request to delete the Account fully if it doesnt exist already as my PS4 still says Im already logged into that Account.

It says the account already exists.

I can log in to it myself but do not have access to my minecraft account (StarForceXL)
