    Try to launch Battlefront II and it takes me back to the dashboard without any message


    I just received this game for Christmas and when I insert the disc to play it takes me back to the dashboard without any message. Please help!

    Any game launch crashes my consol

    So I recently downloaded the Battlefront II MP Beta. Since then, my console crashes any time I launch ANY game. It goes to the game launch screen, then my Xbox One (gen 1) shuts itself off. I cannot turn it back on without a power
    supply hard reset. Ideas? I should mention that all of my apps work perfectly fine. As of now, my console is a very expensive Netflix player.

    have you tried power cycling the console, cleaning the disc, or deleting and reinstalling the game?

    Try clearing your console' cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.
