    after the latest firmware update my controller does not connect to my pc via bleutooth anymore

    it gives me the 'try connecting your device again' error when trying to connect via bleutooth

    is there a way to roll back firmware on pc ? i can not find anything in the xbox accessories

    i do not have the elite controller, i have a basic xbox series X controller

    Please try to update your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers. If possible, reinstall them.

    Kindly restart your device along with restarting your internet connection then try again.

    I've tried all of the above multiple times with no success.

    At most, while windows is searching for bluetooth devices, the gamepad will come up being named "input" and when trying to connect it just fails and says "Try connecting your device again"

    Thanks. Is your console wired or connected to wifi? Either way, if its connected via wifi, try wired and if its wired, try connecting via wifi.

    Also, you may want to try connecting your console to mobile hotspot from a different device. Then long press the Xbox button on your controller > Turn off.

    Then try it connecting to it again on Xbox app.
