    I'm logged into my account on our XBox One and trying to go into the XBox Live privacy settings of my daughter (under 'Manage family members') to allow her to play Minecraft with friends outside of XBox Live. However, whenever I try to go into the 'Xbox Live privacy' page for her account I get the message 'Try again. There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again.'

    I've tried again, and again, and again over the past couple of days and get the same thing.

    Please does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

    Hi there!

    There are currently sign in issues affecting some regions, particularly in the Middle East. it's being investigated and I've been told that it may take up to 72 hours for the problem to be located and potentially fixed.
