    trying to buy a game on the store but when I put my card details in it says “try a different way to pay” at the bottom is also says PI-bannedpaymentinstrument?? Please help!!

    http://account.microsoft.com/services and the payment options.

    If you can't update them there either then the best option is to contact Xbox Support (By Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via Contact Us | Xbox Support

    my Xbox account has been suspended for some reason and it won’t except my card details. I’ve gone to Microsoft and tried to update my details but again won’t except them.

    I have plenty of money in my account and everything else is working fine on it but Xbox won’t let me pay my bill or let me update my details.

    I believe if you have had Game Pass Ultimate in the past then you would not be eligible for a promotional code, if that's what the code is.
