    my Xbox account has been suspended for some reason and it won’t except my card details. I’ve gone to Microsoft and tried to update my details but again won’t except them.

    I have plenty of money in my account and everything else is working fine on it but Xbox won’t let me pay my bill or let me update my details.

    trying to buy a game on the store but when I put my card details in it says “try a different way to pay” at the bottom is also says PI-bannedpaymentinstrument?? Please help!!

    Very very displeased with the way everything has worked out with my xbox one purchase. Everything has been such as a hassle. from retrieving my gamertag because my old email is no longer valid, to now not being able to buy something from your store because
    i live in guam and there is no way to input this on the payment methods. Everyone at microsoft needs to start focusing on the nutz and boltz of these systems and not the cool "face and voice recognition software". What does all that matter if i cant even play
    a game on the device i bought to play games on!!!!

    I believe if you have had Game Pass Ultimate in the past then you would not be eligible for a promotional code, if that's what the code is.
