    Im trying to pre order Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and im getting an error. I tried using a credit card and paypal but still the same error, I also tried pre ordering through Xbox.com but even that wouldnt work. I dont know what to do anybody please help?

    Try a different payment option ?

    Please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure that your personal info matches your gamertag info. Also make sure that the expiry date of your credit card (if one is added) has not expired.

    Have you made sure your Xbox One's region matches the region you're currently in ?

    Having a different region than your profile or creditcard is registered to can result in that error being given
