    Have you tried any troubleshooting steps , like reinstalling the app? And are you in PC or console?

    I have the same problem... The download now button is grayed out and the cancel button is grayed out as well. The remote is completely unresponsive with the exception of the B button which signs you out of Xbox Live.

    This is the issue in the microsoft store, the button just stay gray.

    I also tried it after clearing the cache and there was the same result.

    Sudoko installed without any issues.
