On the troubleshooting page on Xbox one x, there are tabs called reset Xbox restart Xbox also one called USB, I can click on all the others but that one is greyed out, is there a reason to why that is

Im trying to play ufc on disc and its telling me to insert the disc and its already in there and non of the solutions work please help!

I suggest you try this way:

Eject the disc
Perform a full power cycle ( https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console )
Restart the console
Insert the disc
Retry

Hi!

Restarting can be caused by many factors. If you have already reset the console to factory settings, you can check the status of the electrical outlet or replace the console's HDMI cable. Also, do you have an audio system connected to the console? Often,
faulty cables cause electrical problems.
