troubleshooting wizard not working

Hi,

For the last two months my troubleshooting wizard is not working at all. I can't even diagnose a problem without using troubleshooter.

i had seen your answer for this same type of problem in the microsoft page and wanted to ask you the same.

I can't even open the command prompt as the administrator. I dont know where the problem is so, kindly help me with this issue.

I'll attach the error wizard, so please look into it.

Win 10:

Download the Windows ISO from this website.

First download the ISO

Open the ISO image tool, inside there will be a file called SETUP.exe, select update, download it from the cloud and choose "keep game and apps"

It's quite simple, this will update your files, without losing anything.

Have you tried using this flashing light wizard? If not I would recommend using the wizard to help troubleshoot your issue. Now if in fact none of the solutions presented in the wizard work it will recommend you to send your Xbox in for repair..
