Troubleshooting with updates on the Xbox One

Hello! I'm having an update issue with my Xbox One. For the past week or so, whenever i attempted an update, i got an error message saying there something went wrong, and it gave me a source OS and a target OS. Error code was 0x80070570.

When i attempted an offline update using a usb drive using the troubleshooting page, it gave me another system error (code E101, for which the solution on the xbox troubleshooting website was attempt an offline update?).

Finally, i did a full factory reset but when it asked for updating the xbox during set up i came across the initiall 0x800 error! Is there anything else I can try, i have also changed the network itself to no avail.

Can you say when fails the update? Which of this, Download, Verify or Installation?

Try to Perform an offline system update | Xbox Support. If that doesn't work out, you will need to contact the online support to further assistance regarding this. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
