    Hi there,

    In addition to the advice given in this thread, have you tried power cycling your network? That means, to unplug your router and Xbox from the mains for a minute or so, and powering on again. 9 out of 10 times, having a fresh connection to the network, cures
    any kind synchronisation issue, and this method has worked numerous times in the past, with many folks.

    Their could be a slight delay in the network. I'd advise to wait at least 30 mins.
