    Is there any possible way in which, granted it would take time, but that Microsoft could expand the use of their technology and money to better help troubleshoot problems and issues it’s users have other than suggestions. Ex: you have an issue on your iPhone
    and can’t fix it you can call Apple hook your phone up to a computer with iTunes I do believe and they can get on their computer and access your phone to fix the problem instead of just giving suggestions and telling you they hope that it solves the issue

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test the results.

    If that doesn't work you could try a factory reset. First use the options that lets you keep the games and apps. support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    every time I turn on my Xbox it says either restart It or troubleshoot options and none of the options worked

    I agree with this! Nothing frustrates me more than getting an error code but when I use the look up tool it has not idea what the code is for the issue. Troubleshoot :mad:
