Troubleshoot the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows

# forum-form-block I made long explanations: I played with this famous controller (wireless controller or I added a usb adapter) when I dropped it by mistake, following the fall the controller was not lit but it still worked (I tried it again on my xbox one

an exclamation mark (only when the ps4 controller is plugged in), I uninstall this device and restart my pc, I went back to the device manager and what I uninstalled is found in the USB bus controllers that place d 'origin. I then tried with an xbox 360 controller
when I plug it in my computer recognizes it as a xbox 360 controller but I can not use it while the driver and normally installed. Finally I tried to install some drivers manually but it was useless
