    TroubleShoot menu questions


    Hi, I have a couple of questions about the TroubleShoot menu on the Xbox One S (Xbox One Slim from 2018).

    1) What component inside the console is causing the trouble shoot menu to appear because i i dont have any problems with the :

    - Wifi Board

    - RF Board

    - 01 Fan

    - 02 Disc

    - 04 HDD Drive (1TB I believe)

    The only concern I have is the Internal Power Supply to the Console. Yes it turns on immediatley but it takes me directly to the troubleshoot menu where I tried all the Options aswell as the OSU1 update (3 Times)

    Other times the Power Supply will turn off or if I press the PWR button on the Rf board then the light stays on but the sound that it makes when turning off but it remains on.

    Also my warranty expired 2 or 3 years ago approximately and also the company where I bought the Console shut down during the valid warranty and then it started giving me problems. Please help or give me any tips on how to resolve this problem and IF i need a new components, please say which one i will be needing to buy. Thank you for reading this. Sorry to bother.

    Can you please try following the support steps listed in
    this website     to see if they help with the problems you are having. Please be aware as you are in the Xbox Insider program and running a newer version of the dashboard that has not yet been released it is not possible to carry out an offline update of your
    console.
