order history even if it was a gift, the code or game will show Purchased or redeemed on your account. If you do not see the purchase or redemption of a code then most likely it was on a different account. Are you signed into the new PC with the same exact
account you used on the old PC?

The e-mail and microsoft account is the very same I've been using several years by now, I haven't created another one at all, so it is the same, but in the microsoft's order history doesn't show anything.

But if I go to the Mojang's order history, I have this:

I erased the Gift code, but I have it there. I click the redeem button but it does nothing, it takes me to the Microsoft's website but nothing, takes me to this page: '' https://redeem.microsoft.com/?mstoken= -
- - - - - - '' and again, there is the gift code, but as I mentioned, the page remains blank, it only shows me the options on top of the site (Profile, my info, privacity and such).

Are you logged into the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app using the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the game? What game are you trying to play?

I recommend first confirming which account you used to buy the game by logging into
account.microsoft.com/orders and finding the completed transaction for the game. Once you see the purchase, make sure you are logged into
the same account here
https://account.microsoft.com/account/stores. Last but not least, make sure you are

logged into the Xbox app with the same account.

Hello.

For the logged into Microsoft store and Xbox app, yeahs, I am logged in those. And in this case is Minecraft.

Thing is, I didn't buy the game, it was a gift from a friend, but it got linked into my account, since I used my very microsoft account to log in into the Xbox and Microsoft accounts. I don't understand pretty much that, it was a very long time ago and as
I said, there was someone who installed the game into my old PC.

But yeah, I had the official game, I played the Windows 10 version no problem, and now I got this new PC after the old one stopped working, and now that I am trying to log in it doesn't allow me. There is the Log in button when I am running the program,
but directly send me to buy it, when I already had it.
