Troubles making purchases in xbox one store

I have been trying to purchase from the store but have been getting the following error "Something happened on waiting a bit might help'. Ihave reset the console but it didnt help, my subscription is paid until 2019, there are no purchase restrictions. Anyone
know how to fix this

Problems purchasing stuff of store

Hi im having trouble purchasing items off the Xbox live store I go to buy an item and it tells me this purchase has to be made from my Xbox one and I am making this purchase on my Xbox one. It happens with all backwards compatible games and any items in
the avatar store. Can someone please help

Sorry to hear it. Try deleting your tag then power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then it may be a glitch in an update. Be sure to hold the Guide button on the
controller until you see the option to report this issue.

In the meantime you can try finding and purchasing your content on this site by clicking the search bar above and typing in the title.

Sorry to hear about the purchasing trouble! Have you tried making the purchase here on Xbox.com instead of through your Xbox One to see if there's any change? Keep us in the loop if you're still having trouble
