    hey i created an xbox live account online from my pc because it kept giving me an error on the console. it was successful however, now i cant sign in. the only option the console is giving me is to join not sign in. and if i put in my info it says that my
    info is already connected to another gamertag... help please

    Hi! You could try the following suggestions:



    1.

    - Power off the console

    - Remove the Hard Drive (HDD)

    - Power back on the console

    - See if it starts now

    If it does, then the hard drive and/or data on it is faulty/corrupt.



    2.

    - Power off your Xbox

    - Unplug it from the power source

    - Plug it back in, and try rebooting it



    3.

    - Remove all hardware from your console, which includes USB drives, keyboards, etc.

    - Try booting without any of those items connected



    If none of these work, you may want to start a repair process on your console.
