    Trouble with Xbox One S


    Recently received an Xbox
    One S from Virgin Mobile (they were giving it as
    part of a promotion for a phone) and I've plugged in all the cables and turned it on, and the TV isn't showing anything.

    I checked and double checked if all the cables are right, and they are even checked I was on the right TV channel (e.g. cable goes into 'Input 4', and the TV channel is on 'Input
    4').

    Is there anything that I'm doing wrong? Any more suggestions?

    i've had nothing but troubles with Xbox one – looking at all the online Wi-Fi anywhere on but trouble and you want me to consider buying one x , fix Xbox one s asked first . I have no problem playing Wii online or PlayStation Xbox one is overrated . Nothing

    Hi

    As you have only just received an Xbox One S console can you please follow this

    setup guide     please note the console has two HDMI ports on the back of it, please make sure you are using the one marked out.

    I got trouble with mine too. XBOX ONE S seems pretty full of shiit as it's MS use cheap parts to build it (as each S version)

    Thank you for the response,

    The problem isnt a disc stuck inside, it is the xbox thinking that there is a disc inside when there isnt.

    This makes actually inserting a disk quite the effort

    Hey shaun!

    Just to get a little more information can you let me know if its a disc game or digital download causing this problem. And is it only one game that is being affected or do all games create the same results?

    You can try the steps to reset your display settings to low resolution at:
    Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on     and perhaps try your console on different TV's

    Please fill me in with a little more details to be able to best assist you.
