Have you linked your YouTube account to your Gamertag? If so, can you try unlinking it from YouTube, deleting the app, clearing cache three times, and then re-installing the app? Let us know if that helps with your trouble

thats if you can, its risky as if you unlink and then have trouble relinking your stuck for 12 months. only activision can resolve your issue as it's their service.

I have found some information on unlinking an old account from Activision due to a lost email address. You can read how to do that here https://support.activision.com/articles/managin....

However, if you are still having trouble with the accounts being linked you may need to contact the support team for those two services for more help as they can only be unlinked from their end
