    Trouble with un muting my friends *PLEASE HELP


    Hi, my name is Tanner and I have bean playing a lot lately with my friends just 2 days ago I accidentally muted one of my friends and now I can’t unmute him it first just started muting him one this one Pacific Friend was in the part now it’s all the time
    and I can’t unmute him at all. *A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM PLEASE FIX

    Party chat problems

    Recently I've been having this problem. When I enter chat I can hear some people while others I can't. It says they're talking but no sound comes out. It's very frustrating. I've tried un-muting them muting then un-muting them again. The same with myself
    and switching to party chat to game chat and back. I can't understand why I can't hear the person. I used to be able to.

    Perma-Mute

    Friend joined party after a few days of not being on and I’d had him muted. When I went to un-mute him it wouldn’t let me and I went through the party, his profile, and my list of people muted. At times the mute and un-mute option has been bugged and sometimes
    not letting me un-mute and now it’s gone even further to the point of permanent muting. Very tired of dealing with this all the time.

    If you are still seeing this happen let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes. If that does not help then the next step will be to try a

    quick factory reset     of the console. Please be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so during this process. If you are still not able to unmute your friends please let us know.

    Try creating a party and on the top page of the party screen you should see a button to un-mute. See if that comes up for you and use it to un-mute your mic. If not try the link below.
