    Trouble with the Phantom White controller?


    Has anyone else had any trouble with their phantom white controller? The first one I got the controller kept scrolling to the right no matter what. Then I had it replaced by xbox. Then the second one did the same thing. Now I had it replaced again
    and after months of no problems all of a sudden the 3.5 Jack no longer recognizes my headset being plugged in. I know it's the controller because my headset works fine on all 3 of my other controllers. I need someone at tech support (a phone number where
    I can reach someone) that I can talk to.

    Sorry, did you replace with Xbox directly or did you do that where you bought your Xbox?

    I usually use a usb cable with my elite controller. So, i suggest you try that or check for controller updates as well as a console update.
    Yes, it was updated as well as the phantom white controller. Bother the black and the phantom white controller exhibit the same symptoms
