    Hello,

    Sorry for my bad english. i'm french

    I have a trouble with my Xbox one Gamepad.

    I use the controller with my pc on W10.

    I use the usb cable for playing.

    Since 2 days, the controller is no longueur recognized by the computer.

    When i Push on the top of cable, the controller vibrates and is reconized.

    But if i loose the cable it disconnect.

    I think it comes from the USB port on the controller.

    On your site , i trying to register my purchase with the serial number but i have an error message in french :

    "Nous sommes désolés. Il nous est impossible de traiter votre demande en ligne pour l'instant. Contactez
    les services de Support Microsoft pour obtenir de l'aide."

    What should i do?

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your controller. You may wish to attempt to update the controller firmware to see if that helps out any. Sometimes you can have problems if the firmware
    is out of date.

    Are you having to physically hold the cable in the controller for the controller to stay connected?

    Are you able to try a different cable and/or a different controller?

    Are you able to try a different USB port on the computer?
